Located on the bay side of Roxas Boulevard the development comprises a residential condominium with six (6) towers each of sixteen (16) storeys and one basement.
Northcroft was engaged by the Client to provide full quantity surveying services for Phase 1 of the development under a design and build procurement arrangement.
