The TÜV SÜD PSB Building is TÜV SÜD’s new Singapore-based regional hub; the first major real estate investment outside of their German headquarters.

International Business Park (IBP) is within the future Jurong Lake District, a commercial hub set to become Singapore’s second Central Business District.

This development is an integrated office and lab facility comprising a new block of 7 storey building and a new basement built to TÜV SÜD’s requirements. The existing building except for a test lab was demolished to make way for this new development. The challenge in the construction of this new development is it is built around TÜV SÜD’s existing lab facility and the 7m deep basement is first of its kind in Singapore where it involves integration of strong floors and isolated slabs to cater for TÜV SÜD’s many testing and inspection activities.
